About Kate Smit
A native New Englander, Kate relocated from the San Francisco Bay area in 2002. She integrates her professional background in marketing communications and program management into a customer-focused real estate career. One of Kate’s loyal clients says, “She takes you all the way through to the closing table!”
Prior to working in real estate for the last seven years, Kate worked as a management consultant, trainer, and marketing director. She holds a B.A. in Management from the University of Massachusetts, and has taught and studied classical piano for many years.
Kate enjoys running, Pilates, skiing, horseback riding, scuba diving, bicycling, cooking, tennis, and sailing. She is a multi-million dollar producer who represents sellers and buyers in residential, land, and commercial sales. Kate prides herself on always putting her client’s best interest first.
